CricHub ("we", "our", or "us") operates the CricHub mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We store this to create your CricHub account.

Cricket Data: Match scores, player statistics, team information, and tournament data that you enter while using the app.

Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and app version for debugging and improving the app experience.

Camera & Microphone: If you use the video recording feature, we access your camera and microphone only during active recording. Videos are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to share them.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide cricket scoring, statistics, and tournament management features  

• To link your account with player records across teams  

• To display live match scores to followers and team members  

• To compute player performance points and match awards  

• To improve app functionality and fix bugs

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore database and Firebase Authentication). Data is stored on Google Cloud servers. Match videos are stored locally on your device only.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your cricket data (match scores, team rosters) is visible to other users of the app as part of the core functionality (live scores, team pages, player profiles).

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Sign-In: For authentication (Google Privacy Policy)  

• Firebase: For data storage, authentication, and push notifications (Firebase Privacy)

7. Your Rights

You can:

• View and edit your profile information in the Settings tab  

• Delete your account by contacting us  

• Request a copy of your data by contacting us

8. Children's Privacy

CricHub is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app.
